As a customer, you have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days after receiving your order without any specific reason. It is permitted to unpack or test the received products to the level necessary to assess their properties, characteristics and functionality. If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must handle the products with care and return them to DrSupply in their original condition and packaging. Exceptions for perishable and hygienic products

Products purchased from DrSupply nl that have a limited shelf life (such as hygienic products or customization) cannot be returned if the seal is broken after delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to this category of products. The sale is considered final once payment has been successfully completed as clearly stated in our offer.
