Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 17:00 PM, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Once you make a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email. This contains your order number, which you can use to check the status of your purchase. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another email with details of your purchase. It is advisable to check your spam box, because the confirmation email may have ended up there. If you have still not received an email after one working day and you have checked your spam box, please contact us immediately.
DrSupply Delivery Service
Orders in the Netherlands placed with DrSupply before 17:00 PM will be delivered the next working day, except for the Wadden Islands due to boat transport that can lead to delays. PostNL ensures safe and fast delivery. If you spend more than €50 in our webshop, shipping within the Netherlands is free.
Discreet and anonymous packaging
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously, so that no one can see what you have ordered. Only your delivery address is on the outside of the package.
Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be at home on the delivery day. If you are not at home, the order will be resubmitted several times, depending on the carrier. If you are still not at home, the delivery person will try to deliver it to the neighbors or take it to a nearby collection point. The delivery person always lets you know where your package is via a note. DrSupply takes care of delivery to the collection point, after which it is your responsibility to collect it. Delivery usually takes place from Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 AM and 18:00 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to dependence on the carrier.

In The Netherlands you can choose from the following delivery options:
Letterbox package with track and trace, so you can track your order, for €4,75. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
In Belgium the options are:
